Hope for Kačka and Péťa - let's bring their mom back to the twins

For the married couple Kateřina (28) and Petr (32) from Březová near Karlovy Vary, a dream came true. After 5 long years of trying, their twins Kačka and Péťa were born in April this year. Unfortunately, shortly after giving birth, their mom suffered a stroke; her condition was very serious, she had to undergo surgery, and now she is paralyzed on one side of her body and is learning everything from the beginning: to speak, walk, but above all to understand. She has several months of rehabilitation ahead of her; on Tuesday, 29 June 2021, she was admitted to a rehabilitation facility in Kladruby. The children are now being cared for by their father Petr, with help from their grandparents. The municipality of Březová, in cooperation with the family’s friends, has launched a public fundraiser to help.

The fundraiser will cover the necessary rehabilitation care, personal assistance, and medications. The money may also be used for barrier-free modifications to the home. Funds will also be needed to secure the children’s needs and care for them.

From every order, Monkey Mum will set aside 10 CZK for Kačka and Péťa. Please contribute too and help bring their mom back to her twins as soon as possible.
