Withdrawal from the contract - returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the orderThe right to withdraw from the contract expires for legal entities (corporate orders).

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer bears the shipping costs. After checking the contents of the shipment, we will arrange a refund within 14 days. You can use the form below and send it electronically.

If you decide to send the shipment yourself, it must be sent back to the address: Pod Stupni 1567/11, Prague 10 - Vršovice, 101 00, Czech Republic, tel: +420 725 441 733.

For returning goods, please use these reliable carriers: PPL, DHL, DPD, or GLS. Availability of individual carriers may vary by country and region.

If you cannot print the form, please include a note with the order number in the package.

Complaints

If you decide to make a complaint within the statutory period, please contact us, describe the defect and send a photo of the defective product or part. It may also happen that incorrect assembly occurred; we will be happy to help you. You can use the complaint form below (which can also be sent electronically) or simply tell us what the problem is and what compensation you request.

In case of a complaint, we cover shipping costs only if you use our shipping service. If you send goods via your own carrier, shipping will be compensated only up to the amount of our shipping cost.
