Easter crafting

Velikonoční tvoření

Easter is just around the corner again, and that calls for a bit of crafting. This time we bring you 3 tips for children’s Easter decorations.

Bunny - for a napkin or cutlery on the festive table

What you will need:

  • colored paper
  • scissors and glue
  • pencil, crayons

Instructions

Trace your hand onto the colored paper. Start cutting out the thumb and index finger, leave out the middle finger, i.e. cut it away, then continue by cutting out the ring finger and little finger. On the cut-out hand, draw a bunny face and you can color in its ears, draw a little bow, and so on. Then take the thumb and little finger and glue them together. Insert a napkin or cutlery, and the decoration for the festive table is ready.

Bunny - egg holder

What you will need:

  • toilet paper roll
  • template
  • paints and brush
  • crayons
  • glue, scissors

Instructions:

Paint the roll with paint (depending on what kind of bunny you want; I chose brown, but it can also be white, ochre, black…), let it dry, and meanwhile print out the bunny template. Color it in with crayons however you like and cut it out. After the paint has dried, glue the bunny head onto the roll and insert the egg.

Decorated Easter egg

What you will need:

  • template
  • finger paints
  • (scissors)

Instructions:

Print out the template and get the finger paints ready. The template is very simple so even small children can color their Easter egg. The lines can be used as a guide for painting, or you can simply color in the areas as usual. It depends on the child’s skill level.

The templates can be downloaded below. :)

We wish you a beautiful and creative Easter.
