We would like to introduce you to the Children for Children Endowment Fund, based in Lovosice,
which advocates financial support for children with acquired disabilities and actively contributes to their inclusion in society.
The main goal of the organization is to support children with disabilities, their inclusion in the group, and helping the able-bodied group of children understand their limitations.
The aim is to support the inclusion of children with disabilities in the group through projects – Know Our World (where children can try assistive devices), Color Our World (coloring books created by us that are meant to bring children closer to the lives of children with disabilities), and Medic (where our instructor teaches the basics of first aid). Our projects are intended to help children develop an empathetic approach, teach them respect and tolerance toward differences and minorities, and thus change the way the lives of children with disabilities are viewed. The projects are therefore meant to serve for better inclusion of children with disabilities and for understanding their world. An integral part of the educational projects is their preventive role and first-aid courses. All projects are provided free of charge to schools, educational institutions, kindergartens, and nonprofit organizations.
